Reducing intimate partner violence through education, while supporting those who have experienced violence, requires trained and dedicated staff and volunteers. It also requires funding. Freeing up time for the team at New Hope for Women to focus on what only people can do – work with survivors, community members and prospective funding sources. Collecting and automating data processes with Salesforce CRM with related software reduces time required for the team to manage and compile information – and insures it is quicker and easier to comply with reporting requirements of municipal funding.
