America’s orchestral academy is housed in one of the world’s finest symphony centers. When it is not in use for one of the many scheduled classes, performances and community cultural events, they want to utilize the space for special events to help fund the work – and community outreach for the arts. With the creation of a new business development department, they needed a way to implement the sales and event processes. Putting the Salesforce NPSP software to work (gifted under the 1-1-1-1 program from Salesforce Foundation) along with integrated custom forms enables this entrepreneurial team to manage and report on entire process from initial interest to post-event analysis.
