For almost two decades, Paradise Theatre was the only live theatre in Gig Harbor, Washington – bringing Broadway-style shows plus arts education for children to the community. They were forced out of their space due to city economic development, which led them to a $1.2M capital campaign to build or buy a new theatre.
To help support their efforts, it was vital to bring their digital infrastructure up-to-speed. We worked closely with the Paradise Theatre team to completely revamp their existing website so they could better tell their story to the community. A constituent relationship management (CRM) system, Salesforce NonProfit Success Pack (NPSP) was implemented, so they could get a clear view of existing and potential donors, and determine how to best communicate with them.
In order to drive more awareness to the group, as well as their capital campaign, we setup an ad campaign with the help of a $120,000 Google Grant to draw in more web visitors – and help turn those visitors into constituents.
Through the help of a village, Paradise Theatre has relocated to a temporary space as their campaign continues.
