Through book groups across Chicago, Literature for All of Us has been enhancing the communication and critical thinking skills for many young people in underserved communities. But growing access to their programs requires more time and money, plus systems that can do what technology does best: manage data and automate process.
With a software grant from Salesforce Foundation and customized configuration, paper processes for collecting, tracking and managing programs can now be handled online – and on the road. We paired with a new site that reflects, explains and supports their mission to constituents and engages potential donors, volunteers and community members. Staff and volunteers’ time can now be spent on what counts – developing communities of readers and writers.
