With scholarships and supportive services, severely wounded veterans from post 9/11 conflicts have the chance to reinvent their futures. Developing funds and managing the programs were challenges with information living in an out-of-date, expensive donor management system and a variety of spreadsheets. Taking advantage of the Salesforce Nonprofit CRM software grant plus specific customizations allows them to enhance their reach and enable the institutional and individual fundraising necessary to create our Sentinels’ opportunities.
