Grammy-nominated classical choral group, Seraphic Fire, needed to centralize their operations for performances, programs and patron development. As they had grown, the information about the various functions lived in multiple places, making it difficult for their small staff to have a focused view of their audience and artists. Working in concert with Seraphic Fire’s team, and leveraging a software gift from Salesforce.com’s Foundation, we created a single view of each of their donors, patrons, subscribers and artists.
