Providing literacy organizations with a virtual – and in some cases, physical – home requires the tracking and management of many moving parts. With over a dozen pieces of disparate software, it required the staff of the CLA to manually compile information to support member organizations. Unfortunately, people don’t scale – and membership is growing rapidly at the nation’s first nonprofit shared working space for literacy.
