Rebranding plus a new website to help families - and eradicate homelessness

Hildebrand Family Self-Help Center is a 28-year-old independent nonprofit organization partnering with families experiencing homelessness to achieve self-sufficiency.

They needed to tell their story, engage program participants, volunteers and potential donors. They needed a content management system to take the reigns of their digital presence and tell the story that needs to be heard. Telling their story is one thing, but inspiring action via awareness is an imperative and crucial step. Along with launching their site, Hildebrand required an overhaul of their branding and visual identity.

Helping individuals and families out of homelessness is at the core of what Hildebrand does. We needed a way to quickly summarize that in their logo -and the "H" needed to be strong - almost a flag unto its own. We designed a strong emblem that ties the brand to a dream that's so important - living in a home that's safe.

Through Discovery sessions, wireframing, and a full design process, a new site was launched. With a mix of strong imagery, video and stories extracted from the people who comprise Hildebrand, their digital presence finally respresents the tremendous work that Hildebrand accomplishes every single day.
