Fellowship Housing needed an integrated and automated set of systems and processes to scale up, and help even more single mothers break the cycle of poverty.

Single mothers work night and day at all their jobs: chief wage earner, only parent and household finance manager. But there is rarely enough money and home insecurity is always looming. The cycle of poverty becomes generational. Fellowship Housing enables the single mothers in their program with the financial knowledge and support to create a new legacy for their children.  This proven approach has been so successful, the Fellowship Housing team wants to expand it beyond the current limited geography and give more moms and families the opportunity to participate. Unfortunately, Fellowship Housing’s own internal data processes and resources were scattered across multiple old systems and spreadsheets. To track and manage the program required many hands and hours – and was definitely not scalable.

The Fellowship Housing team needed a more coherent and consistent way to collect, store and manage programmatic information. In addition, with a very small team managing a plethora of moving parts, being able to automate communications, notifications and reminders was going to be key to allowing them to scale up the program reach.
